History

IESF was founded in 2002 by partners in Asia and Europe with a clear vision to grow a Global Group, not hindered by corporate restrictions and rigidity and able to meet the ever increasing needs of their clients.

IESF partners are business leaders with strong experience of the needs of corporations and growing businesses around the world. Carefully selected and assessed firms enter into partnership with IESF to enrich and develop our global search abilities.

IESF rapidly expanded to cover all the corners of the world as clients demanded executive search and top managers in new markets and industries around the world. The only way to reach these leaders, know and understand their needs and integrate them into a new business environment was to combine a passion for people with global reach and local knowledge.
