Aalya Amin, brings with her three years of experience in the recruitment function. She was previously associated with HRS Global, a leading recruitment firm, as Senior Recruitment Specialist and specialized in the pharmaceutical, chemicals and fertilizer industries. She facilitated in identifying talent for different organizations across different functions.

She holds BBA and MBA in Human Resource Management from Institute of Business Management. A young and talented professional, her passion is to become a true HR professional, contributing strategically towards the organizational development.
