Adelina Rosca has been working for Kilpatrick Executive Search Romania since 2006 and she coordinates Timisoara’s office activity. She holds a bachelor degree from the faculty of Psychology and Sociology of West University Timisoara. Her studies were completed with a Strategic Management of Human Resources course and a Master in Family and Couples Counselling. Her previous activities include psychology and teaching.

Adelina has over 5 years of experience in human resources field: executive search, recruiting, trainings, career counselling, research, psychological tests and profiles.

Her expertise covers middle and top management positions in industries and markets like Automotive, Electronics, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Construction, Telecom, IT development, Real Estate, Finance, FMCG.
