Alice Efremova – Project Director. Since joining CONSORT Group in 2000 Alice has excelled as one of Russia’s top specialists in search and selection for Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences as well as Retail Banking and Industry.

Among her numerous successful searches are: General Director, Finance Director, Chief Accountant, Head of Treasury, Head of Registration, Manager of Clinical Research, National Sales Manager, Head of Franchising, Purchasing Director etc. for international market leaders.

Her team of experienced researchers and assistants has frequently been Number 1 account of CONSORT Group in recent years.

A graduate of Moscow Aviation Institute, with a degree in Economics.

Alice is a fluent English speaker.

The first successful search of a top-manager for the well-known multinational corporation was performed by CONSORT Group consultants in 1993.
