Aysha Mahmood is a young business graduate majored in HR. She is currently associated with Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) as an Executive Search Officer in the Executive Search Division. Prior to that, she worked at Siemens Engineering Co. Ltd in the Human Resource Department where she managed the personal data of Siemens employees all over Pakistan. She has also worked as a Communication Trainer with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) in their Academic Achievement Program (AAP) which aims to teach English and Mathematics to under privileged children.

Aysha is also an alumnus of School of Leadership (Sol) where she experienced interaction and networking from the world of business, development, politics, academia and culture hence developing her strength of positivity. She is a self driven person who handles work by establishing collaborative relationships.
