Cristina Spagna is president of Kilpatrick and member of the board of Kilpatrick Executive Search.

Cristina has nearly 10 years of experience in executive search and has a degree in psychology. Before starting her career in Kilpatrick in 2003, she worked for the Dutch multinational Topstart People and as HR Manager in Fujitsu-Siemens. Cristina Spagna is responsible for the Industrial and FMCG clients.

She’s got a great track record of executing searches for medium large companies, both on national and international level.

Kilpatrick, part of the International Executive Search Federation "www.iesf.com" was created in the 90's by Italian senior executive consultants. In its steady growth it became one of the most important players on the Italian market for searching and defining the best managers and directors. In 2003 Kilpatrick was taken over by a Dutch / Italian group of entrepreneurs. Guided by the new international management team Kilpatrick enters the world of International Executive Search, offering a unique service to their clients; direct access to 40 countries with over 130 offices. Kilpatrick has opened since than their own offices in Romania and The Netherlands and maintains its unique difference: a young and international management team, combined with a deep knowledge of the entrepreneurial tissue and the local labor markets. Kilpatrick's major areas of expertise are the following: automotive, logistics, manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical industry and luxury / fast moving consumer goods.
