Daniel is accountable to the entire IESF AsiaNet China operations covering business units of Executive Search, Organization Development Consultancy and Business Management Services.

Prior to joining AsiaNet he operated his own consulting firm in Canada and the Hong Kong SAR providing human resources advisory and executive recruitment services for clients in the Asia-Pacific region.

Previously, Daniel had an eighteen-year career with multi-national companies working in senior regional human resources management roles in FMCG, Engineering Science, Technology and Motors Distribution fields. He was also the Representative Director of a British trading group in China. Daniel holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, is a Member of the HK Institute of Human Resource Management, a Member of the British Institute of Management and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Human Resource Management.
