Biography
Senior Partner Business Development.
Holds a degree in Economics and Master degree in HR Management, at the University of Barcelona. Quadrilingual in Spanish, English, German and Catalán.
Started her career as an economist and VP Business Developer in a leading global advertising and communications services Group.
Entered the search and selection industry in 1994. Founder of a search and selection company in 2000. Specialized in Middle Management. Started with Executive Search in Middle and Senior Management, Februrary 2010.
