Biography
Managing Partner Austria and Switzerland
Frank Zwicky is a prime member of the International Executive Search Federation (IESF). He currently holds the official position of Vice President for Business Development, with great expertise on Cross Border business within the Federation. His experience within IESF comes a long way, as he has been directly involved within the Federation since its beginnings in 2002.
His experience in Executive Search goes beyond, as he is also the official IESF Partner in Austria and Switzerland. Occupying the position of Country Manager for both IESF AG Austria and IESF AG Switzerland since 1997, allowed Frank to widen his expertise in the field and bring fruitful knowledge inside the largest executive search federation in the world.
His previous experience before joining IESF marks the position of Country Manager for Henkel-Ecolab, which brought him to the restructuring of production and administration within the company.
Frank is a Basel University Economics graduate, with a high professional experience in Sales and Marketing abroad, as he also occupied the position of VP Marketing in the Swiss company, Diethelm Keller.
Frank is a highly connected, serious and prepared HR professional. Through his diversified working experience, he understands without difficulty the different job profiles in the various economic sectors.
