Biography
I am a Sales Strategist and my professional experience spans accross almost 35 years in primarily sales, marketing and management. The last 15 years as a management consultant providing clients with consultancy, advice and execution of strategic Sales Excellence Programs. Providing cost effective, innovative and long lasting changes. The key is often quality assurance of sales process, to a state of the art level.
I have worked on a number of assignments across Sweden, Europe and Globally. I have also assisted with specific services in Due Dilligence of sales organisations internationally.
I believe in building a strong sales culture in companies based on customer orientation and proactivity. Increase both efficiency and effectivness is critical.
Customers now demand suppliers with more understanding and ideas to better address critical problems and opportunities than ever before. Sales and Sales management as a profession is about change.
