With over 20 years experience in the field of the national and international healthcare industry, as Head Business Analyst for Novartis Pharma GmbH, Vienna, and as Head for Business Intelligence with Sandoz GmbH, Herbert Vorhauer brings a personal network of contacts, as well as his specialised knowledge as consultant to IESF Austria.

With many years of experience in conduction and presenting seminars in the field of Customer Knowledge, Management (CKM) as well as Business Intelligence, he is well known thoughout the industry, and is inimately familiar wiht the industriy's needs and demands. After completing his studies in economics at the University of Berne, he gained additional experience and expertise as a financial analyst at a large bank in Zuerich.

Additionally, he completed his formal studies in the field of Tourism Business and Commerce, and was active as Director of a Travel and Tourism office in Tyrol, Austria.
