Louna graduated from the University of Johannesburg in Social Sciences and Humanities. During her working career, she operated in the FMCG and manufacturing environment in different roles. She pursued a career in Sales and Client Liaison within the manufacturing environment where she gained valuable understanding of the market. Due to her exceptional performance, she was applied in other divisions within the corporation to Assisting Production and Operations Directors. Hence her perfect understanding of what happens behind the scenes within the manufacturing arena.

Offering 8 years experience within Executive Search Research and Consulting, she is a valuable colleague to us, whereas she is able to identify suitable talent for our Clients. She is able to envision the bigger picture and applies herself in being a focused and detailed individual, which is so necessary within the search for talent.
