Maria Smirnova - Project Leader, joined СONSORT Group in 2006 and has been specializing mainly in search & selection for FMCG market, aw well as leading start-up projects for international clients.

Her successful searches include: CFO, Franchise Director (Caucasus), IFRS and RAS Trainer, L&D Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager, Demand Planner, HR Generalist, Warehouse Manager, Plant Planning Manager, Core Processes Manager, and Business Controlling Manager.

Maria also organized large-scale regional projects and assessment centres for her clients – world leading multinationals.

Maria graduated from State University of Management, Institute of Sociology and Human Resources (with a degree in Sociology).

She is a fluent English and Spanish speaker.

The first successful search of a top-manager for the well-known multinational corporation was performed by CONSORT Group consultants in 1993.
