Biography
Studied at the University of Marburg with a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation. Qualifications: state examination for teaching history, politics and philosophy at secondary schools. Research assistant at the institute of philosophy at the University of Marburg. Work in marketing and sales at a US publishing firm.
1987–1992: Ray & Berndtson management consultancy, HR Consultant involved in executive searches
1992–2000: Steinbach & Partner management consultancy, HR Consultant and Partner focusing on banks, financial services, automotive and the energy industry
Since 2000: TOPOS Personalberatung Frankfurt GmbH, proprietor and Managing Director
Specialisms: searching for and selecting executives in the fields of banks, financial services, automotive and the energy industry
