Mark is the Founder and Joint President of the International Executive Search Federation. IESF has 130 offices in 40 countries and is No. 1 in the list of the world largest executive search networks and No. 1 in the Asia Pacific Region ("Search-Consult" magazine, Sept 2007). 

Mark is also the owner and Chief Executive of Asianet Consultants, a leading executive search consultancy in the Asia Pacific region with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, London and New York. It also has a sister company Asia Sourcing Network which assists companies to set up offices and source suppliers in China. 

Prior to joining Asianet, Mark held senior executive positions with major international companies such as Inter Continental Hotels & Resorts, ICI and Inchcape PLC. His extensive experience extends throughout the international arena, particularly in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. He has lived and worked in UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia. His knowledge of the Asian markets and wide network of international contacts gives him a sound understanding of different cultures, customs and industry sectors. 

Mark holds a Degree in Business Administration, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
