Miruna Nedelcu has a 4 years experience in organizational psychology, with focus on recruitment, organizational design and performance appraisal. Before joining Kilpatrick, Miruna worked in the HR Department of a multinational security company.

She holds a bachelor degree in Psychology at the University from Bucharest and completed her studies with a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies Master. She also took different courses in psychology and human resources.

Miruna’s expertise area covers operational middle and top management positions in the security field, but also specialists and technical staff needed in the organization.

Kilpatrick, part of the International Executive Search Federation "www.iesf.com" was created in the 90's by Italian senior executive consultants. In its steady growth it became one of the most important players on the Italian market for searching and defining the best managers and directors.
