Monica Ferrario is Managing Consultant at Kilpatrick Executive Search – Milan Italy.
Monica has nearly 10 years of experience in training and development, recruiting and talent acquisition process. She has a degree in Science of Education with Master in Human Resource Management and PhD in Organizational Behavior .
Before starting her career in Kilpatrick in 2007, she worked for 7 years at MIP, Business School of Milan Polytechnic, as a Head of Career Service and Personal Development MBA full time (Italian and International class). She developed a new career service activity and also supported and defined the strategy for MBA students career.
During this years thanks to a close collaboration with Multinational Companies, Consultancy firms and Financial institution, both in Italy and abroad, Monica develops a strong job market knowledge by focusing her competences in career development, executive search and talent attraction.
She is specialized in following sector:
life science, industrial operations (procurement, supply chain) automotive, appliances, industrial manufacturing both in multinational and medium size company.
