Petra Held is Senior Partner of the International Executive Search Federation IESF. She is currently responsible for national and inter-national Executive Search projects in Life Sciences/Health Care and the Manufacturing sector. Through her diversified working experience, she understands the different job profiles in various economic sectors.

Her previous experience before joining IESF ranges from a variety of international commercial activities in different manufacturing industries in Germany and France and in Life Sciences in Switzerland, at Thermofisher among others. Consulting and market research for an Italian group belong as well to her curriculum vitae.

Petra studied in Paris, London and Lahr/Germany and holds a Ph.D., an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in European Economics. She as well complemented her competence in Marketing through advanced studies at INSEAD and in Life Sciences through Clinical Research studies.

Apart from her professional life Petra enjoys cross-cultural activities, likes to travel and to her hobbies belong sport and theatre.
