Biography
Robert Kilpatrick has been an executive search and selection professional since 1990 and has worked with some of the world’s most highly regarded businesses, recruiting talent across Europe and internationally in engineering/construction, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals/life sciences.

Prior to establishing Kilpatrick in 1999, Robert ran the regional office of one of the UK’s leading search and selection firms. Earlier in his career he spent twelve years in human resource management. Starting at Cable and Wireless he then progressed to executive HR roles with Smiths – Medical Systems and the International Stock Exchange.

Robert read Classics and Law at Trinity College, Oxford. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
