Biography
Robert Martijnse, after concluding an impressive Executive Management career with Royal Philips Electronics, is now a Consultant to the Group and Director and Managing Partner of Kilpatrick Executive Search Netherlands B.V.
Robert who has a Doctorate in Business Administration and Economics and a sub-degree in International Relations, has a very broad and global experience as CEO and Regional Director of many Countries and Regional organizations, with a considerable time spend and a wealth of experience gained in among others Asian and Emerging Countries both in the B2C as B2B business environments. The last six years before joining the Kilpatrick Group & IESF he was CEO Philips Italy and CEO/Regional Director South East Europe-Balkan & Middle East Countries for the Philips Group.
He brings with him a tremendous experience managing companies and resources ( incl Financial & HR resources) in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment. He has been lecturing in Management of Change and Leadership, and is a qualified Business Excellence and Improvement Manager and Auditor. In addition he speaks 6 languages and thus a very strong added value partner and consultant/advisor for both local as well as international searches.

Leon has extensive international general management experience at executive level in technology related businesses, in particular the semiconductor industry. He has significant hands-on experience in talent pool management in high-growth businesses and multi-cultural settings and has an extensive network in the global electronics industry and high-tech industry. He has more than 25 years of experience in business development, manufacturing, R&D and JV’s in Asia, in particular in China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Jacob Hoekstra
Managing Director of the Kilpatrick Group Italy & Romania and Partner at Kilpatrick Executive Search Nederland BV. He is also President EMEA of the IESF (International Executive Search Federation).
Jacob has an extensive experience in commercial negotiations, start ups of new companies in various countries both in the private and ( semi) public sectors. In 2003 he took over the Kilpatrick Group and immediately affiliated with the IESF and built up the business regionally to become a leading player in international searches. Jaap has built a strong reputation with both clients and candidates that is based on superior communication and project results that exceed expectations.
