Biography
Studied business management, specialising in international management and organisation, at Helmut Schmidt University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg. Graduated with a degree in business management.
From 1988: Career as an officer in the German Air Force
From 1998: Various managerial positions in sales and marketing at an international industrial company (capital goods).
Most recent role: Marketing & Sales Manager Germany
From 2004: Consultant and Branch Manager for a leading consultancy firm in the field of HR management
Since 2007: Managing Director at TOPOS Personalberatung, focusing on mechanical and systems engineering, the manufacturing industry, capital assets, automotive and the maritime industry/offshore (since 2010 also Managing Director at TOPOS Maritim GmbH)
