Teodora Bandur is Senior Consultant of Kilpatrick Executive Search that she joined in 2010.  

Before joining Kilpatrick she worked in the HR Department of Eybl Automotive Romania SRL, for the last 3 years as HR Manager. Her previous activities include psychology and teaching.

She has a degree in Psychology of Vest University in Timisoara and her studies were completed with a HR Manager – specialization.

Her areas of expertise are: recruitment, training, employee development, corporate integration, union negotiation
