Biography
Toni Donoghue has been an associate for ASLON, a global retained executive search firm, since 2007. She serves clients on executive search projects across the manufacturing and technology industries. Toni has been involved in conducting those assignments for the C-Suite, general management and other key functional leadership roles in marketing, sales, finance, supply chain and human resources.
In keeping with ASLON’s philosophy, Toni becomes involved with the clients from the search launch and stays involved right through to the candidate’s start date. She knows investing time in each client relationship and learning their corporate culture is essential for success. Toni draws on her emotional intelligence, commitment to integrity and her highly relational yet tenacious style to quickly assess talent for critical leadership roles.
Before joining ASLON, Toni worked part time with Ambassadors in Sport while focusing full time on her two daughters. Prior to that, Toni was in sales and customer care management roles for Standard Register and Tyke Corporation, both located in Chicago. She has served in various roles at her church and was recently appointed to the Biola University Parent Council.
Toni is originally from Northeastern Ohio and received her BA in Economics from St. Mary’s College in South Bend, IN.
