Stared his career in the financial environment, as a Financial Corporate Controller of one of the most important Insurance companies in Spain. After some years, jumped into the Recruitment industry, participating actively in the launch of very well known firms in Barcelona, he made a break in this sector and become the Sales Director of a TV B2B Company, establishing all new parameters in the commercial and operational areas, overcoming the established objectives.

The last 8 years he has been involved in the Executive Search business based in Barcelona, but working all across Spain & Portugal, being specialized in Middle and Senior Management and a very accurate methodology, and achieving better results than ever.
