Yury Mikhailov is Managing Partner of Consort Petersburg, with over 10 years of experience in executive search and a responsibility for St Petersburg and the North-West Russia as part of CONSORT Consulting Group's activities in Russia/CIS.

His previous five-year career with the British Council in Russia in late 90-s that involved Finance/HR/IT Resource Management, coupled with an international MBA, allowed him a broader overview of general business management. He is a presenter at various HR and search industry conferences and other events in Russia and abroad, and often acts as an HR / search industry expert for online and printed media. He is an Expert for Automotive Practice for the International Executive Search Federation (IESF).

The first successful search of a top-manager for the well-known multinational corporation was performed by CONSORT Group consultants in 1993. By the time both our clients and competitors paid serious attention to who we are and what we do, we have successfully completed over 150 executive search assignments. Besides the searches in Moscow and St Petersburg, Consort ES has carried out a number of complex regional and interregional projects.
