We then implement the right combination of search tools, systematically finding and evaluating the most suitable people in the market and proposing a shortlist of the best 3 - 5 to our client. This includes our Candidate Reports and their CVs. We document the entire search with a Market Report, give continuous feedback to our client and candidates, conduct confidential reference checks, and support the hiring process. After placing the winning candidate, we ensure his/her smooth integration into the client's organization. Our firm’s clients are mainly the Hungarian subsidiaries of well-known international companies. The Hungarian economy is, like most of the CEE economies, driven by international investors. When developing a job description and a search strategy for an international company, we also take into consideration multicultural aspects and some not so obvious facts of the Hungarian labor market.
