Our Team

Robert Kilpatrick has been an executive search and selection professional since 1990 and has worked with some of the world’s most highly regarded businesses, recruiting talent across Europe and internationally in engineering/construction, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals/life sciences. Robert has run the regional office of one of the UK’s leading search and selection firms. Earlier in his career he spent twelve years in human resource management. Starting at Cable and Wireless he then progressed to executive HR roles with Smiths – Medical Systems and the International Stock Exchange. Robert read Classics and Law at Trinity College, Oxford. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Lorne Smith entered Executive Search consultancy in 1983, Lorne is a leading headhunter focused on the international consumer industries with an impressive portfolio of market leading clients in consumer, retailing and service sectors. An accomplished, business solutions orientated, hands-on deliverer, his market insight led the company to develop its international capability in line with the ever-increasing globalisation of the retail supply chain. He has made successful appointments of nationals in France, Germany, Italy and Australia and of ex-pats in China, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, The Philippines and Morocco. A graduate of Surrey and Warwick Universities, Lorne began his career with British Steel and The Tetley Group.

Christopher Geary has managed major international projects in Airports and Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals. Christopher is the Managing Director for Ashley Harvey Associates in London and prior to that managed the Credit Risk client portfolio for Pacific International in London. Christopher has a Law degree from Bristol University, has worked in Europe, Asia and America and speaks English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Japanese. Christopher is also the Commercial Director for IESF and is a board member of IACPR.

Martin Moore is a leading HR consultant who has over 20 years’ experience of delivering successful initiatives in both the private and public sector. Having held leadership positions in the manufacturing and telecommunications industries, Martin is also recognised as a key figure in the British Museum’s on-going programme of modernisation. Recently voted one of the UK’s 100 most influential HR figures in HR Magazine’s annual poll, Martin’s activities focus on the following core areas of activity: Executive Search & Strategic Resourcing, Executive Coaching; Learning and Development.
